I had a recent situation where I was trying to sell a car and buy a new one- however I needed proof of coverage of insurance to finalize the car registration in order to sell the car. I only had a very short time to do this and Beverly was awesome! She listened to my story and took it into her own hands to make sure it all got done. "Impossible to get a hold of. When I moved, I wanted to keep my insurance but update some of the details. It was impossible to get a hold of anyone from the office in a timely manner. I’d call during business hours and get a machine and not get a call back for hours or possibly the next day. They were not reliable over email either. As someone with a job, the inability to schedule, get someone relatively quickly, or coordinate digitally makes this office too difficult to work with."
